If you live in the UK, you may have heard about Shaun in the City which took place in Bristol and London from March till August. I heard rumours that there was a knitted Shaun as well. Artists, designers and celebrities created these big Shaun sculptures and decorated them in any way you can imagine.
You can see all the sculptures right here on the Shaun in the City website and find out more about the exhibition this month which is hosting all 120 sheep. On 8 September, they will be auctioned for charity.
As you can see, the rumours were indeed true: there is a yarny Shaun in Bristol and he is called Woolly Wonderland. He was somewhat hidden away indoors at St Nicholas Market and my boyfriend very kindly went looking for him to take a quick snap of it for me.
Did you get a chance to see a few Shauns? Which one is your favourite? Despite long all things wool, mine are Happy and Glorious (in London) and Star Bake (Bristol).
